I can't remember who sent this to me but it cracks me up every time I see it.  Maybe this is the year I will get that husky running partner.........



Have you made your New Year's Resolutions?  Have you kept them for the first 6 days?  Not me, I've SCHEDULED my resolutions in the form of 2 half marathons.  One in the spring and one in the fall.  Since completing the Chicago marathon last fall I've slacked off and now it's time to get moving again.  Tomorrow starts my half marathon training and I've decided that I'm going to step it up a notch by using Coach Jenny Hadfield's intermediate training plan.  Who's with me?????  You can find a bunch of half marathon training plans at
